A woman five months pregnant and her husband survived a tornado as it plows through their home. They both survive injuries such as a broken arm, a punctured womb, and a loss of sight from the flying debris. The husband's mother in law unfortunately was one of the 26 people who died from this tornado. She was thrown from the house and died from injuries.
This story is similar to your everyday news story, but it is different due its happy ending and how well written this article was. I enjoyed the way this story was narrated with all of its detail that enabled me to paint a vivid picture in my head. I am a visual person, so I like to read heavily detailed articles.
